1. The service

VWAP Stop provides an equity screening tool: scans, rankings, model-calculated levels and probabilities, and a published simulated trade ledger. The service is informational software — it does not provide investment advice, execute trades, or manage money. See the Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Accounts are for a single user; sharing access is not permitted. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Subscriptions bill in advance (monthly or annually) via Stripe and renew automatically until canceled.
  • You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
  • Promotional pricing (such as founding-cohort pricing) remains in effect only while the subscription stays continuously active.
  • Prices for new terms may change with prior notice.

4. Acceptable use

  • No scraping, redistributing, or reselling the data, signals, or alerts.
  • No reverse engineering or automated bulk access outside the provided interfaces.
  • No use that violates law or exchange data-usage rules.

5. Intellectual property

The service, including its models, scores, and presentation, is owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to use it while active.

6. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
